Tomato concentrate contains a potent dose of all healthy substances found in fresh tomatoes. Our tomatoes come from organic farming and they have three times the amount of lycopene than tomatoes from traditional farming. Tomato fruits are rich in potassium, magnesium, vitamin C and group B vitamins that aid metabolism and nervous system.
Concentrate can be used as a base for a delicious sauce to go with wholegrain pasta or buckwheat pizza. It will also give a better flavour to a traditional tomato soup.
