Ketchup from organic tomatoes is rich in different nutrients, e.g., lycopene with antioxidant properties, potassium, dietary fibre and vitamins A and C. What is more important, their absorption is not inhibited by the addition of sugar. This ketchup is a sugar free equivalent of traditional sauces – it protects against dental caries and by helping to stabilise the glucose level in blood it stimulates concentration and prevents lifestyle diseases: obesity, diabetes or high blood pressure.

A delicate flavour of this ketchup is ideal for home-made chips. Just get some good quality potatoes, cut them into strips, coat with olive oil, add seasoning and bake them. Ready!
